実験手順
To a solution of methyl 4-(2-chloroacetamido)-3-thiophenecarboxylate ([51486-30-7], 100 mg, 0.428 mmol) in dimethylformamide (1.5 mL) was added potassium carbonate (88.7 mg, 0.642 mmol) and 3,4-dichlorophenol (83.7 mg, 0.514 mmol) and the reaction mixture was stirred at 90° C. overnight. After such time water was added. The precipitate was isolated by filtration, washed with water and dried in vacuo to yield the title compound as a white solid (108.1 mg, 70%).
