実験手順

A mixture of 6-butyl-3-(2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-2-(2-methoxyethyl)-5-{[2′-(5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)biphenyl-4-yl]methyl}pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (1.0 g), 2-butanone (10 mL), water (6 mL) and concentrated hydrochloric acid (2 mL) was stirred at 100° C. for 1 hr. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. Water was added to the residue, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the title compound (0.57 g, 59%) as a solid.
