実験手順

In analogy to the procedure described in example 1.2, (3-chloro-phenyl)-[2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-6-fluoro-2H-indazol-3-yl]-amine was reacted with cyclohexylisocyanate ([3173-53-3]) in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of Et3N (3 eq.) for 4 days under reflux conditions to give the title compound as yellow foam. MS: m/e=497.1 [M+H+].
