反応手順
The title compound was prepared according to the method described in Example 2, using 3,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2.34 g, 11 mmol) and (±)-trans-N-methyl-N-[2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)cyclohexyl]amine prepared in Example 1 (2 g, 11 mmol). The crude product, which started to precipitate before the addition of the diethyl ether, was recrystallised from hot dichloromethane. Yield 2.9 g (62%).
