実験手順

While 5 mL solution of 37 mg 3-(4-{6-[3-(4-Fluorophenyl)-1-trityl-1H-4-pyrazolyl]imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl}phenoxy)-propylamine obtained in Example 16 and 20 mg triethylamine in dichloromethane was stirred under ice-coolingd water in a stream of nitrogen, 9 μL acetic anhydride was added thereto and stirred for 1 hour. An aqueous saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and ethyl acetate were added to the reaction solution, the organic layer was separated, washed with brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The drying agent was filtered off, the filtrate was concentrated, and the residue was purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate) to give 30 mg of the title compound as a colorless oil.
