実験手順

To a solution of 6-[2-(R)-[2-(S)-hydroxy-3-[3-methanesulfonamido-5-methoxy-4-(methoxymethoxy)phenoxy]-propylamino]propyl]-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxine-2-(R)-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (100 mg) obtained in Example 26 in ethanol (10 mL) was added 4N—HCl/AcOEt (1.0 mL, 4.0 mmol) at room temperature. This solution was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours and then concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure, affording the title compound (100 mg). Yield: 85%
