実験手順

(2-Adamantylmethyl)amine hydrochloride salt (195 mg), ethyl 4-(4-((5,5-dimethyl-2-oxocyclohexyl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl)benzoate (200 mg) and sodium acetate (44 mg) were suspended in anhydrous dichloroethane. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 minutes, followed by the addition of sodium triacetoxyborohydride (228 mg). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction was quenched with saturated NaHCO3 aqueous solution. The reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and washed with water and brine. The organic phase was dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash column purification with 0-5% methanol/dichloromethane to afford the title compound.
