実験手順
The title compound was prepared in a similar manner to Intermediate 55, using 8-methyl-2-phenylquinoline-3-carboxaldehyde and ethyllithium (0.5N solution in ether, 4.6 mL, 2.3 mmol) and was obtained as a white solid (85 mg, 33%) after purification by column chromatography (SiO2, 10-50% EtOAc in heptane). δH (CDCl3) 8.35 (s, 1H), 7.66-7.72 (m, 1H), 7.40-7.62 (m, 7H), 4.96-5.04 (m, 1H), 2.80 (s, 3H), 1.97 (d, J 3.8 Hz, 1H), 1.60-1.70 (m, 2H), 0.84 (t, J 7.3 Hz, 3H). LCMS (ES+) 278 (M+H)+, RT 3.91 minutes (Method 3).
