実験手順

A mixture of methyl 3-hydroxy-5-isoxazolecarboxylate (Aldrich) (3-5) (286 mg, 2.0 mmol), 3-4 (706 mg, 2.0 mmol), Cs2CO3 (650 mg, 2.0 mmol), and DMF (10 mL) was stirred at ambient temperature. After 72 hours the reaction mixture was diluted with ether and then washed with H2O and brine, dried (MgSO4), and concentrated. Flash chromatography (silica, 4% acetone/CH2Cl2) gave 3-6 as a colorless solid. Rf 0.54 (silica, 40 %EtOAc/hexanes).
