実験手順

A solution of the product from step 2 (710 mg, 3.29 mmol), K2CO3 (1.36 g, 3.0 eq.) and 3-bromo-1-chloropropane (0.39 mL, 1.2 eq.) in CH3COCH3 (30 mL) was heated to 80° C. overnight. The mixture was then filtered, washed with acetone and concentrated to dryness to afford the product of step 3 (950 mg, 98%): MS m/z 293 (M+H).
