The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 222B using (3-methyl-5-isoquinolinyl)acetic acid and 3-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzylamine instead of 5-isoquinolinylacetic acid and 4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzylamine. MS (ESI+) m/z 377 (M+H)+; MS (ESI−) m/z 375 (M−H)−; 1H NMR (DMSO, 300 MHz) δ 2.77 (s, 3H), 4.14 (s, 2H), 4.38 (d, J 6.1, 2H), 7.33 (m, 2H), 7.72 (t, J 7.8, 1H), 7.86 (t, J 7.5, 1H), 8.04 (d, J 6.8, 1H), 8.36 (m, 2H), 9.07 (t, J 6.1, 1H), 9.77 (s, 1H); Anal.
