実験手順

tert-Butyl 2-aminoethylcarbamate (595 mg, 3.71 mmol) and the product from Example 1C (702 mg, 2.86 mmol) were treated under the conditions described in Example 1D to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.38 (s, 9H) 1.97-2.08 (m, 2H) 2.15 (t, J=6.27 Hz, 2H) 2.43-2.49 (m, 2H) 3.15 (q, J=6.22 Hz, 2H) 3.33-3.42 (m, 2H) 5.84 (s, 2H) 6.68 (s, 1H) 6.89 (t, J=5.43 Hz, 1H) 7.20-7.27 (m, 1H) 7.27-7.37 (m, 2H) 7.49-7.57 (m, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 370.0 (M+H)+.
