反応手順
10 g of the compound from Example 1 are suspended in 20 ml of tetrahydrofuran and, after addition of 10 g of sodium carbonate, 10 g of dodecanoyl chloride in 10 ml of tetrahydrofuran are added dropwise. When the reaction has ended (control by thin layer chromatography on silica gel 60 in toluene/isopropanol 6:1), the solid is filtered off, the filtrate is evaporated to a syrup in vacuo and the crude product is purified by column chromatography on silica gel 60 with the eluting agent toluene/isopropanol 10:1.
