反応手順
A mixture of 1-benzyl-4-[N-methyl-N-(3-ethoxy-2-pyridinyl)amino]piperidine (EXAMPLE 70, 1.40 g), palladium-on-carbon (10%, 1.4 g) and ammonium formate (813 mg) in methanol (25 ml) is degassed, stirred at 65° for 45 min, cooled to 20°-25°, and filtered to remove catalyst. The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound, NMR (CDCl3) 7.83, 6.97, 6.71, 4.02, 3.88, 3.15, 2.88, 2.63, 1.75 and 1.46δ.
