反応手順
1-({[(2Z)-3-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazolidin-2-ylidene]amino}carbonyl)-3-methyl-1H-imidazol-3-ium iodide (97 mg, 0.216 mmol, Example 25B), N-methylprop-2-yn-1-amine (0.020 mL, 0.238 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.041 mL, 0.238 mmol) were heated in acetonitrile at 65° C. After 1 hour, the mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by chromatography over silica using dichloromethane:methanol 95:5 as eluant to provide the title compound.
