Title compound 240 was prepared using the same procedures as described for the compound 212a, example 99 (scheme 42, table 1), starting from 1-(6-amino-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-ethanone and 4-acetylbenzoic acid (scheme 51). 1H NMR: (DMSO-d6) δ(ppm): 8.69 (s, 1H), 7.03 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 6.64 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 6.29 (dd, J=8.3, 7.8 Hz, 1H), 6.09 (t, J=7.8, 7.3 Hz, 1H), 5.90 (d, J=7.8, 1H), 5.72 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 1H), 5.70 (s, 1H), 5.16 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 4.88 (s, 1H), 4.84 (s, 1H), 4.07 (bd, 1H), 2.30 (s, 3H), 0.62 (d, J=6.83, 3H).
