実験手順

The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method of Example 109(D), from 4-(trimethylsilyl)but-3-yn-1-ol (3.20 g, 22.5 mmol) and phthalimide (3.50 g, 23.8 mmol). The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography (cyclohexane/AcOEt 9:1) to yield 3.1 g (11 mmol, 51%) of 2-(4-(trimethylsilyl)but-3-ynyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione as a white solid.
