実験手順

A solution of 2-[4-chloro-1-(3,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butyl]-5-{(Z)-1-fluoro-2-[3-methoxy-4-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl]vinyl}-[1,3,4]oxadiazole (81 mg) and ammonium acetate (358 mg) in acetic acid (2 mL) was stirred at 150° C. for three hours. The reaction solution was left to cool to room temperature. Then, ethyl acetate and saturated sodium bicarbonate water were added to the reaction solution, and the organic layer was separated. The resulting organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (carrier: Chromatorex NH; elution solvent: heptane:ethyl acetate=1:1→ethyl acetate) to obtain 98 mg of the title compound. The property values of the compound are as follows.
