実験手順

Prepared as described above in Example 11 starting from 4-chloro-6-(2-fluoro-phenylamino)-2-methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-5-carbaldehyde and 2-fluorophenylboronic acid to give the title compound 4-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-6-(2-fluoro-phenylamino)-2-methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-5-carbaldehyde. 1H-NMR: δ0.61 (s, 3H), 7.11-7.23 (m, 4H), 7.26 (m, 1H), 7.45-7.62 (m, 2H), 8.38 (m, 1H), 9.80 (s, 1H), 11.33 (br s, 1H). LC MS (m/e)=358 (MH+).
