The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-31 by using methyl 4-(3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (Intermediate-21, 0.150 g, 0.30 mmol), 4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene-1,2-diamine (0.081 g, 0.45 mmol), trimethyl aluminium (2M solution in toluene) (2 mL), dry toluene (5.0 mL) to afford 0.015 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 4.09 (s, 3H), 7.52 (s, 1H), 7.73-7.85 (m, 5H), 8.02-8.15 (m, 2H), 8.48 (m, 1H), 12.79 (br s, 1H), 13.33 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 520.14 (M+H)+.
