反応手順
Operations are carried out as for Example 7, starting from 2.5 g of 1-phenyl isoquinoline 3-carboxylic acid, 1.15 g of triethylamine, 1.24 g of ethyl chloroformate and 1.2 g of 2(S)-ethyl piperidine in 100 ml of toluene. After chromatography, 3 g of 2(S)-ethyl 1-[(1-phenyl 3-isoquinolyl) carbonyl]piperidine in the form of oil are obtained. αD23 =-2.4° (2% in ethanol).
