제조 및 합성 방법

생산 방법

The oxidation of lowvalency organophosphorus compounds is important mainly in the case of the thiophosphonic acid chlorides. This method is used in the production of methylphosphonic acid dichloride by reaction of methyldichlorophosphine with sulfuryl chloride or chlorosulfuric acid. Elemental sulfur reacts with MePCl2 in the presence of catalytic quantities of tetraalkylphosphonium salts to form methylthiophosphonic acid dichloride.

Reactivity AlertsWater-Reactive
Reactivity ProfileMETHYL PHOSPHONIC DICHLORIDE is incompatible with water, strong oxidizing agents, alcohols, bases (including amines). May react vigorously or explosively if mixed with diisopropyl ether or other ethers in the presence of trace amounts of metal salts [J. Haz. Mat., 1981, 4, 291].
소화Keep unnecessary people awayisolate hazard area and deny entry. Stay upwindkeep out of low areas. Ventilate closed spaces before entering them. Wear positive pressure breathing apparatus and special protective clothing.
누출 비상 조치· CALL 911. Then call emergency response telephone number on shipping paper. If shipping paper not available or no answer, refer to appropriate telephone number listed on the inside back cover.· Do not touch damaged containers or spilled material unless wearing appropriate protective clothing.
응급 처치Warning: Methyl phosphonic dichloride is a strong irritant.General First Aid:
노출 관리 및 개인 보호· Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).TIH (Toxic Inhalation Hazard) - Term used to describe gases and volatile liquids that are toxic when inhaled. Some are TIH materials themselves, e.g., chlorine, and some release TIH gases when spilled in water, e.g., chlorosilanes. [ERG 2016].
소화 절차If material on fire or involved in fire: Extinguish fire using agent suitable for type of surrounding fire. (Material itself does not burn or burns with difficulty.) Use dry chemical, dry sand, or carbon dioxide. Do not use water on material itself. If large quantities of combustibles are involved, use water in flooding quantities as spray and fog. Use water spray to knock-down vapors. Cool all affected containers with flooding quantities of water. Apply water from as far a distance as possible.
보관 조건Prior to working with this chemical you should be trained on its proper handling and storage. Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, well ventilated area. Sources of ignition such as smoking and open flames are prohibited where this chemical is handled, used, or stored. Use only non-sparking tools and equipment, especially when opening and closing containers of this chemical. Wherever this chemical is used, handled, manufactured, or stored, use explosion-proof electrical equipment and fittings.
정리 방법Evacuate persons not wearing protective equipment from area of spill or leak until clean-up is complete. Remove all ignition sources. Do not breathe vapors. Do not get water inside containerstop leak if you can do so without risk. Do not touch spilled material. Use water spray to reduce vapors but do not put water on leak or spill area. Keep combustibles (wood, paper, oil, etc) away from spilled material. Dike spill for later disposaldo not apply water unless directed to do so. Clean up only under supervision of an expert. Collect powdered material in the most convenient and safe manner and deposit in sealed containers. Ventilate area after clean-up is complete. It may be necessary to contain and dispose of this chemical as a hazardous waste. If material or contaminated runoff enters waterways, notify downstream users of potentially contaminated waters. Contact your Department of Environmental Protection or your regional office of the federal EPA for specific recommendations. If employees are required to clean-up spills, they must be properly trained and equipped. OSHA 1910.120(q) may be applicable
