| 체내 부담 | Samples of human milk from 26 women in North Rhine Westfalia, Germany, were analyzed for pentabromodiphenyl ether, measured as Bromkal 70-DE. Concentrations in the milk from 25 of the women were 0.62-11.1 ug/kg fat. In one Chinese woman, a level of 50 ug/kg fat was found(1). The concentration of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl in human adipose tissue was 1.1 ng/g lipid wt(2). The concentration of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether in the adipose tissue of a patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was 1.1 ng/g lipid basis(3). The concentrations of pentabromodiphenyl ethers in the adipose tissue of two patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and myelodysplastic syndrome were 1.8 and 0.2 ng/g lipid basis, respectively(3). The mean concentration of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl in U.S. blood donors in 1988 was 0.58 pmol/g lipid wt (range, <0.4-6.6 pmol/g lipid weight8 of 12 samples, positive)(4). The mean concentration of 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl in U.S. blood donors in 1988 was 0.30 pmol/g lipid wt (range, <0.2-4.2 pmol/g lipid weight10 of 12 samples, positive)(4). Adipose tissue concentrations of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether were reported as not detected-1.6, 0.02-1.14, 0.74-5.51, <0.003-0.36, <0.7-2.1, 0.78-1.7 and 2.17-72 ng/g lipid in samples from Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Japan, Spain, Sweden and the United States, respectively(5). These samples also had reported concentrations of 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether of 0.18-1.5, 0.01-2.40, <0.003-0.53, 0.15-1.4, 0.15-0.57 and 0.7-61 ng/g lipid in samples from Belgium, Czech Republic, Japan, Spain, Sweden and the United States, respectively(5). Mean concentrations of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether in serum were 0.21-1.2, 2.44, and 1.1 ng/g lipid in samples from Japan, Korea, Sweden(5). Mean concentrations of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether in serum were 5.7, 7.1 and 0.32 ng/g lipid in samples from maternal, umbilical cords, and in the general population from the United States, respectively(5). Mean concentrations of 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether in serum were 0.26-0.29 ng/g lipid in samples from Japan and 4.2, 4.1, and 0.17 ng/g lipid in samples from maternal, umbilical cords, and in the general population from the United States, respectively(5). Human milk concentrations of 0.51-3.2, 0.39, not detected to 21.1, and 0.06-4.47 ng/g lipid were reported in the countries of Canada, Finland, Japan, and Sweden, respectively, for 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether(5). Human milk concentrations of 0.23-1.9, not detected to 27.2, and 0.05-5.14 ng/g lipid were reported in the countries of Canada, Japan, and Sweden, respectively, for 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether(5).Pentabromodiphenyl ether was reported in adipose tissue from people that had lived in Tarragona, Spain for at least 10 years at concentrations of 0.15-3.5 ng/g(1). Serum samples from 276 California residents contained a geometric mean of 7.4 and 6.0 ng/g lipid for 2,2',4,4',5-and 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether, serum samples from 1764 residents of other US states had a geometric mean of 3.8 ng/g lipid for 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether(2). Adipose samples taken in 1970 contained 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether at <2.5-13.9 pg/g lipid and 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether at <2.5-6.1 pg/g lipid, samples taken in 2000 contained 42-362 pg/g lipid of 2,2',4,4',5-pentabromodiphenyl ether and 41-527 pg/g lipid of 2,2',4,4',6-pentabromodiphenyl ether, all samples were collected in Tokyo, Japan(3).2,2',4,4',5- and 2,2',4,4',6-Pentabromodiphenyl ether body concentrations over time in Northern Hemisphere populations(1). |
