실험 절차

To a solution of 2-bromo-4-trifluoromethyloxazole-5-carboxylic acid (A-38) (1.30 g, 5.0 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (25 mL) was added oxalyl chloride (8.5 mL, 10.0 mmol) and DMF (0.019 mL), respectively, at RT under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction was stirred for 6 h at RT. The solvent was concentrated, and the residue was dried in vacuo to yield 2-bromo-4-trifluoromethyloxazole-5-carbonyl chloride (A-39) as yellow oil (1.30 g, 96% yield).
