실험 절차

A 25-ml round-bottomed flask equipped with a reflux condenser was charged with 272a (140 mg, 0.35 mmol), {3-[(acetoxy)methyl]-2-{4,4-dimethyl-9-oxo-1,10-diaza-tricyclo[6.4.0.02,6]dodeca-2(6),7-dien-10-yl}pyridin-4-yl}boronic acid 199e (140 mg, 0.35 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (28 mg, 0.035 mmol), sodium acetate (58 mg, 0.70 mmol,), K3PO4 (148 mg, 0.70 mmol), water (6 drops), and acetonitrile (6 mL). After three cycles of vacuum/argon flush, the mixture was heated at 100° C. for 2 h. It was then filtered and the filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica-gel column chromatography eluting with 25:1 dichloromethane/methanol to afford 272b (114 mg, 46%) as a brown solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 664.4
