실험 절차
(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[2-fluoro-6-(tetrahydro-pyran-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-amine was prepared from 2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-fluoro-phenol and Tetrahydro-pyran-4-ol in an analogous manner to Example 1273c. Title compound was obtained as a white solid (274 mg, 84%). HPLC purity 97%, LCMS 360.09 (M+H), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 8.22 (s, 1H), 7.25-7.21 (m, 1H), 6.87-6.77 (m 3H), 4.58-4.55 (m, 1H), 3.89-3.84 (m, 2H), 3.61-3.56 (m, 2H), 2.06-2.01 (m, 2H), 1.80-1.72 (m, 2H).
