실험 절차

To a solution of 2-(5-bromopyrimidin-2-yl)propan-2-ol (30 mg, 0.14 mmol) in DME (6 mL) was added Pd(PPh3)4 (10 mg, 0.01 mmol) under nitrogen. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one (60 mg, 0.125 mmol) in EtOH (2 mL) was added, followed by addition of satd aq NaHCO3 (2 mL). The mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 2 h, quenched with water, and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layer was dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to give (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-3-((S)-1-(4-(2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one (17 mg, yield 25.12%). LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.00 min, m/z=490; 1H NMR (CD3OD): δ0.95 (s, 3H), 1.27 (s, 3H), 1.57 (d, 3H), 1.61 (s, 6H), 2.22 (s, 2H), 2.25 (m, 1H), 2.50 (m, 2H), 3.06 (m, 1H), 5.61 (m, 1H), 7.10 (m, 2H), 7.34 (m, 5H), 7.45 (m, 2H), 8.92 (s, 2H).
