실험 절차

Substantially the same procedure as in Example 7 was repeated using 1.74 g (10.2 mmol) of 5,6-diamino-1,3-dimethyluracil and 2.42 g (11.8 mmol) of 4-methoxy-2,3-dimethylcinnamic acid. Then, the resultant crude crystals were recrystallized from acetonitrile to give 750 mg (yield 22%) of Compound 84 as a white powder.
