실험 절차

4.54 g (0.03 mole) of 4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazide and 6.70 g (0.03 mole) of 2,4-dichlorophenacyl chloride are reacted in 200 ml of methanol using the conditions of Example 2. Recrystallization of the solid is from methanol/ethyl acetate, yielding 6.5 g of 5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-N-phenyl-6H-1,3,4-thiadiazin-2-amine monohydrochloride. m.p. 186° C. The solid was subsequently dried under high vacuum at 65° C.
