실험 절차

A solution containing the product from Example 5B (0.107 g, 0.158 mmol) in DMF (6 mL) was treated with diethylamine (1.5 mL), stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour, and partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic phase was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated to give the title compound, which was used without further purification.
