실험 절차

To a solution of 5-methoxy-2-{4-[2-(methoxymethyl-oxy)ethyl]benzyl}phenol (0.19 g) and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-1-O-trichloroacetoimidoyl-α-D-glucopyranose (0.40 g) in dichloromethane (15 mL) was added boron trifluoride-diethyl ether complex (0.088 mL) at 0° C., and the mixture was stirred 20 minutes. A saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution was added to the reaction mixture, and the organic layer was separated. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel (eluent: hexane/ethyl acetate=1/1) to give 5-methoxy-2-{4-[2-(methoxymethyloxy)ethyl]benzyl}phenyl 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (0.33 g).
