실험 절차

The title compound was prepared following the method for preparing Intermediate 6 except that 3-amino-3-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl)-propionic acid was substituted with 3-amino-3-(3-methoxy-4-isopropoxy-phenyl)propionic acid. 1H NMR (CDCl3): δ 6.82-6.89 (m, 3H), 4.44-4.51 (m, 1H), 4.35 (t, 1H, J=5 Hz), 3.83 (s, 3H), 3.66 (s, 3H), 2.62 (d, 2H, J=5 Hz), 1.81 (s, 2H), 1.33 (d, 6H, J=5 Hz).
