실험 절차

tert-Butyl 8-(3-fluorophenyl)-2-methyl-2,3-dihydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine-4(5H)-carboxylate (274 mg) was stirred in 4N hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) for 30 min. The precipitated crystals were washed with ethyl acetate to give 8-(3-fluorophenyl)-2-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine 1 hydrochloride (207 mg, 92%) as colorless crystals.
