실험 절차

Intermediate 37 was coupled with 2-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-ethylamine following procedure F and the resulting product deprotected following procedure G. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 351. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, DMSO-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 2.49 ppm) δ 9.5 (s, 2H) 8.5 (m, 2H) 8.2 (d, 1H) 7.8 (d, 1H) 7.6 (m, 1H) 7.5 (ms, 1H) 7.3 (m, 1H) 7.1 (m, 2H) 7.0 (m, 1H) 4.2 (s, 2H) 3.8 (m, 2H) 2.9 (m, 4H) 1.2 (m, 3H).
