실험 절차
To a solution of methyl 4-((2-(3-chlorophenyl)-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-4-yl)amino)benzoate (0.075 g, 0.19 mmol) in THF (5 mL) at 0° C. was added lithium aluminum hydride (1.0 M, 0.6 mL, 0.6 mmol). The mixture warmed to rt and stirred for 2 d. After this time, the reaction was quenched with water and NaOH (2 M), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography (silica, hexanes/ethyl acetate) to afford the title compound (0.049 g, 71%) as an off-white solid. MW=350.84. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 500 MHz) δ 8.15 (s, 1H), 7.91-7.89 (m, 1H), 7.76-7.73 (m, 1H), 7.45-7.40 (m, 2H), 7.32 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.23-7.19 (m, 3H), 5.11 (t, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 4.48 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 2.91 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 2.83 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 2.08 (quin, J=7.5 Hz, 2H); APCI MS m/z 351 [M+H]+.
