실험 절차

A solution of 1.35 g. of ethyl 15-methanesulfonyloxy 9-oxo-prostanoate (Example 90) in 40 ml. of N,N-dimethylformamide containing 650 mg. of lithium chloride is heated on the steam bath for 18 hours. The cooled solution is diluted with water and the resulting mixture is extracted with ether. The ether extract is washed with saline, dried with saline, dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and evaporated to dryness to give an oil. Chromatography on silica gel affords an oil; λmax. 5.78 μ (carbonyl groups).
