실험 절차

This compound was prepared by a procedure similar to that described in Example 33 starting with 0.165 g (0.47 mmol) of 6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-8-methyl-2-methylsulfanyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one of Example 37 and 1.08 g (10.0 mmol) of 3-(aminomethyl)-pyridine yielding 0.053 g of pure product; mp 224-226° C.
