실험 절차

To N-[5-({2-[(cyclopropylcarbonyl)amino]imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-yl}oxy)-2-fluorophenyl]-1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide (1.00 g, 2.23 mmol) was added ethanol (50 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 20 min. Benzenesulfonic acid monohydrate (0.41 g, 2.33 mmol) was added to the mixture, and the mixture was further stirred for 10 min. Insoluble material was removed by filtration, and the mixture was naturally cooled to room temperature. The mixture was stood at room temperature for 16 hr, and the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration and washed with ethanol. The precipitated crystals were dried under reduced pressure at 80° C. for 6 hr to give the title compound (1.17 g, 86%) as white crystals.
