실험 절차

A solution of methyl 6-bis-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino-3-[2-(-tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxymethyl)-4-fluoro-5-trimethylsilanylfuran-3-yl]-2-hydroxybenzoate (Intermediate 100, 3.66 g) in a 1M solution of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in THF (30 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate and washed with water, dried (Na2SO4) and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was purified by chromatography on silica, eluting with a mixture of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane, with a gradient of 10-50% to give methyl 6-bis-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino-3-(4-fluoro-2-hydroxymethylfuran-3-yl)-2-hydroxybenzoate (2.08 g) as a white solid.
