실험 절차
To a solution of 5-[3-(tert-butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-4-methoxy-benzoyl]-2-chloro-benzenesulfonamide (0.28 g, 0.61 mmol) dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (20 mL) is added 1 M tetrabutylammonium fluoride (1.23 mL, 1.22 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran. The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes The reaction is quenched with 1 N of HCl, and extracted with ethyl acetate three times. The combined organic extracts are washed with a saturated sodium chloride solution, dried with magnesium sulfate, and concentrated in vacuo. Recrystallization from ethyl acetate/methylene chloride provides 0.11 g (49%) of the title compound as a brown solid. 1H NMR (DMSO): δ 9.60 (s, 1H), 8.20 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (m, 4H), 7.20 (m, 2H), 7.10 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 3.90 (s, 3H). Analytics calculated for C14H12ClNO5S: C, 49.20; H, 3.54; N, 4.10. Found: C, 49.90; H, 3.30; N, 5.06. MS (m/z): 342 (M+1).
