실험 절차

To a solution of 4-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-one (56.8 mg, 0.25 mmol) and 3,5-dimethyl-4-(4-methyl-piperazine-1-carbonyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (64.8 mg, 0.26 mmol) in ethanol (2 mL) was added piperidine (3 drops). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for three days. The solvent was evaporated and the solid was washed by ether for three times to provide pure product 3-[3,5-dimethyl-4-(4-methyl-piperazine-1-carbonyl)-1H-pyrrol-2-ylmethylene]-4-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-one (59.5 mg, 52%)
