The title compound is prepared in analogy to 2-dimethylamino-6-methyl-isonicotinic acid starting from 2-chloro-6-methyl-isonicotinic acid and using isobutyl-methyl-amine; LC-MS: tR=0.61 min, [M+H]+=223.10.
