실험 절차

To a solution of compound 9D (4.0 g, 7.02 mmol) in anhydrous CH2Cl2 (100 mL) were added cyclopropanesulfonyl chloride (16D, (1.97 g, 14.03 mmol) and triethylamine (3.91 mL, 28.07 mmol), successively. The reaction mixture was stirred at rt overnight. It was concentrated to small volume and purified with silica column chromatography eluting with dichloromethane/EtOAc to give the title compound (17D) which was recrystallized from hexanes/acetone to provide compound 17D as white powder in ˜60% yield. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 500 MHz) δ 10.66 (s, 1H), 8.67 (s, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 7.67 (d, 2H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.62 (s, 1H), 7.54 (d, 2H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.43 (s, 5H), 7.20 (d, 1H, J=8.5 Hz), 6.97 (d, 1H, J=9.0 Hz), 5.82 (d, 1H, J=8.0 Hz), 5.42 (d, 1H, J=9.0 Hz), 5.20 (s, 1H), 4.67 (d, 1H, J=11.5 Hz), 3.96 (s, 3H), 3.76 (d, 1H, J=11.5 Hz), 3.61 (br s, 2H), 3.44 (dd, 1H, J=12.0, 3.0 Hz), 2.93 (m, 1H), 2.41 (m, 1H), 1.15 (s, 2H), 0.94 (d, 2H, J=5.5 Hz). LCMS (ESI) m/z 696.19 (MNa+), 674.22 (MH+), 351.10 (100). HPLC: tR=4.95 min.
