실험 절차

To a solution of 4-[4-(4,5-dihydro-5-phenyl-3-isoxazolyl)-2-thiazolyl]-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine hydrochloride (i.e. the product of Example 13, Step C) (0.250 g, 0.720 mmol) and 5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-1-acetic acid (0.150 g, 0.720 mmol) in dichloromethane (10 mL) was added N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide (0.138 g, 0.720 mmol), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (0.024 g, 0.177 mmol), and triethylamine (0.145 g, 1.44 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with dichloromethane (30 mL) and washed with water (20 mL) and brine (20 mL). The organic layer was separated, washed with water, dried (Na2SO4), and concentrated under reduced pressure and purified by medium-pressure liquid chromatography using 3% methanol in chloroform as eluant to give 200 mg of the title product as a white solid.
