실험 절차

To a sealed tube was added tert-butyl 4-allyl-4-hydroxypiperidine-1-carboxylate 11B (280 mg, 1.16 mmol), Nat (112 mg, 0.74 mmol), trimethyl(trifluoromethyl)silane (0.6 mL) and THF (10 mL). The tube was sealed, and then the mixture was stirred at 80° C. overnight. The resulting mixture was diluted with DCM, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give the crude product 11C which was used for next step without further purification. LC-MS: m/z 292.3 (M+H)+
