실험 절차

A mixture of 3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-4-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-5-methoxymethyl-isoxazole (273 mg, 1.0 mmol), 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-ethanone (212 mg, 1.5 mmol), and potassium carbonate (276 mg, 2.0 mmol) in DMF (4 mL) was stirred at 120° C. for 16 h. After cooling to room temperature, the resulting solution was poured into cold water and stirred for 15 min. The precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with water, hexane, and dried to afford the title compound (330 mg, 79%) which was obtained as light brown solid. MS: m/e=392.5[M+H]+.
