실험 절차

A mixture of Intermediate 24b (300 mg, 1.74 mmol) and (S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine (600 mg, 9.96 mmol) in NMP (6 mL) was heated in the microwave at 160° C. for 2 h. The reaction mixture was applied to an SCX-2 cartridge (70 g) and washed with MeOH. The product was eluted with 2M NH3 in MeOH; concentration in vacuo gave a residue. FCC, using 0-8% [2M NH3 in MeOH] in DCM, gave the title compound (150 mg, 38%). LCMS (Method 1): Rt 1.45 min, m/z 223 [MH+].
