실험 절차

Following the general procedure outlined in Example 126, the product of Example 121 (200 mg, 0.47 mmol), and ethylamine (1.18 mL, 2.36 mmol) were reacted to give the crude material. Purification by flash chromatography eluting with EtOAc/hexane/triethylamine (30/70/2, v/v/v), followed by recrystallization from dichloromethane and hexane, gave the desired product 150 mg (82%). LC-MS: 389.2 (MH+, m/z), 2.39 (Rt, min).
