실험 절차

Sodium hexamethyldisilazane (1M solution in THF; 2 ml) was added dropwise to a mixture of 4-amino-2,3-methylenedioxypyridine (0.138 g), 4-chloro-7-(2-chloroethoxy)-6-methoxyquinazoline (0.272 g) and THF (5 ml) that had been cooled to 0° C. The mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 1 hour. The resultant mixture was allowed to warm to ambient temperature and was stirred for 2 hours. The reaction was quenched by the addition of glacial acetic acid (0.12 ml). The solvents were evaporated and the residue was partitioned between methylene chloride and an aqueous ammonium hydroxide solution. The organic layer was collected and concentrated to a small volume. Diethyl ether was added and a precipitate formed. The resultant solid was isolated, washed with diethyl ether and dried. There was thus obtained the title compound (0.245 g); NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 3.97 (s, 3H), 4.04 (m, 2H), 4.45 (m, 2H), 6.12 (s, 2H), 7.13 (br d, 1H), 7.25 (s, 1H), 7.60 (d, 1H), 7.83 (s, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 9.87 (br s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: M+H+ 375.
