실험 절차

11.2 g 4-fluoro-3-methyl-benzoyl chloride was added to 6.1 g triethylamine and 8 g hydrazinecarboxylic acid tert-butyl ester in 150 mL dichlormethane. The reaction was stirred for 1 h at RT and extracted with water. The organic layer was evaporated and the residue was crystallized from diisopropylether to yield 13 g of the desired product.
